I'm Glad You're Here
Hey everyone. I’m glad you’re here. Thank you for your continued support of the Butterfly Flow Newsletter. I ended up taking an extended break from the Newsletter. It was unintentional. I missed a week and then another week and the next thing I know, months have passed.
I will say during that time, I was able to rethink the Newsletter and what will be included. The Newsletter will be released every other week instead of every week. Also, I want you to ask questions that I will answer for the Newsletter. Personal stories, testimonials, and shared experiences create a sense of connection and validation as others could be navigating similar challenges. This fosters a supportive community and emphasizes that you are not alone in your struggles.
I want to give a big thank you to all the new members. You’ve signed up for the Newsletter while I was out vending, which means, we’ve met in person. I just want to say it is great to connect with you all again.
The purpose of the Butterfly Flow Newsletter encompasses a range of objectives aimed at promoting awareness, education, support, and overall well-being related to mental health. You can expect all of this and more with each Newsletter.
