My Story
Adrienne Charleston is a Licensed Psychological Associate in North Carolina with a Master’s Degree in Psychology from North Carolina Central University. Her journey toward becoming a mental health professional began at the age of 25, while serving in the U.S. Army as a Legal Specialist. Even then, she knew her true calling was to help people reach their full potential, and she committed to building a path toward a career in psychology, despite the challenges life presented.

After completing her active-duty service, Adrienne continued serving others as a Mental Health Specialist in the Army Reserves while pursuing her education. She graduated with honors from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice, and later earned her Master’s Degree in Psychology from NCCU.

Today, Adrienne combines her military experience, clinical training, and deep compassion for people in her role as a Licensed Psychological Associate. She has extensive experience supporting individuals coping with serious mental health disorders, as well as those navigating Anxiety, Depression, Life Transitions, or everyday challenges. Her goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to grow.
